The first time I read 'The Cuckoo's Calling', I was pleasantly surprised by the unconventional detective and his assistant. This series lives up to every one of my expectations and more. Maybe because our very own talented witch is the executive producer. Giving a 9 because I think the Silkworm should have had 3 episodes too.

I see that there are many people who are scandalised at the thought of Einstein, one of the greatest physicist that ever lived having an affair with his pants down. Which he did. This show as the book it is adapted from is not about Einstein's scientific triumphs but about the man behind those triumphs. Being a paradigm altering physicist does not mean that he was a model husband or father. On the contrary, he was full of flaws, just like the rest of us. Embracing the man for who he was is the right way to show him respect. Closing your and refusing to believe history is not. Einstein would never have wanted this.
