nice movie I had read the book long before I saw the movie. Usually what happens with me is that I don't like the movies if I have read the book before. I expected to be this way with this movie too. I was even hesitant to see the movie, as I had read many not so good reviews. But when I saw it I liked it. The actors are great. the interpretation is superb and the director has done a very good job. Congratulation to the all the members of the staff. But when it comes to suggesting to others to see the movie or the to read the book, I am always rooting for the book. I would suggest to buy the book, to read it, to read the reviews and to really understand the point of the whole story. I once heard Dan Brown say that he was worried that people liked the book not because of the good writing but because of what it writes about. I am sorry I cannot rephrase exactly what he said, but it was something like this. And I think the reviews about the movie are generated mostly for the same reason. I cannot see it anymore, but in the beginning I was also worried about the content. Now I get it. The more I read the book the more I get what Dan wants me to see. But not everybody likes the books, or even is able to fit the time to read this book into their schedules. If this is your case, then I would recommend you go and see the movie. All the actors are at their best. I am sorry that because of what it tries to tell about, it wont receive the real appreciation for the art work, but what can I say. At the end, it is a good spent time that will raise questions for you, and, why not, even make you start your own little internet quest.
