Koto no ha no niwa (2013)
Should deserve an Oscar for best picture of 2013
The Garden of Words is the most recent film to come from the talented director Makoto Shinkai. The film follows Takao Akizuki, a 15 year-old aspiring shoe designer, as he ditches his first period of school on rainy days to draw shoe designs in a park. On one particular rainy day, Takao encounters the much older Yukari Yukino drinking beer and eating chocolate in his favorite spot. What follows is their interactions over the course of the rainy season and beyond. Does this film live up to the expected quality of Shinkai's i work, or is it merely a shallow puddle?
Iwon't specifically elaborate on what the twist is, but I will say it changes the dynamic of the relationship between Takao and Yukari. On top of that, it is only subtly hinted at at the start of the film. However, this twist does lead to some of the best dramatic scenes in this film, so as sudden as it was, it kind of works out in the end

Koe no katachi (2016)
Remarkable
So let me be completely transparent here. I went into this film without any idea what it was about, other than the synopsis that above. I didn't watch any trailers or head to Wikipedia. And to be honest, I'm so happy I didn't, because this film truly shocked me.
So without spoiling the film, let me explain a bit about it. It starts with a group of kids in sixth grade. They're quickly introduced to a new student named Nishiyama Shoko, who just so happens to be deaf. Since she can't communicate normally (and since the students don't use sign language), she asks that they communicate with her via a notepad she owns. Surely enough, the students take it upon themselves to give Nishiyama a tough time. The main one who partakes in the bullying of Nishiyama is our protagonist, Ishida Shoya. Day in and day out, Ishida picks on Nishiyama and his other classmates back him up and do it too. Of course one day Ishida goes too far with his bullying, and it leads to him having a tough time in his older years, and ultimately trying to change his ways and make amends for everything he did as a kid, while still having to deal with the day-to-day things that most teens deal with.
This film was directed by Naoko Yamada and I have to say she did a spectacular job touching on not only bullying, but social anxiety, depression, and suicide in this film. These are all issues things that teenagers struggle with daily, and to have them presented so accurately in a Japanese animation was a sight to see.
There are a lot of supporting characters that we meet when Ishida is a sixth grader that we meet again once when the film has a time skip that takes us to his high school years. Each of these characters has their own internal struggle that has followed them from childhood to adolescence. However, the main focus is on Ishida and Nishiyama's relationship. When the two of them meet as kids, it's something of a one-sided battle, with Ishida constantly bullying Nishiyama, and Nishiyama just brushing it off and still playing nice. However after all of the ordeals that he puts her through, when they finally run into each other years later, Nishiyama is is still nice to him and eventually, they become very, very close.
It's truly difficult to give this film a fair review because there's so much to be discussed but I prefer to allow the readers to enjoy it with as little spoilers as possible. It was a bit longer than most anime films - standing at a strong 2h 10m- but in that time, I was able to connect with a group of people in an age group close to my own, dealing with personal demons that they refuse to admit exist for a solid majority of the film. Like I said in the title, this is a coming-of-age story, and each of our characters matures at different times through a different situation. I found myself tearing up during some scenes because this film wasn't afraid to get emotional. There's a specific scene that involved Nishiyama and Ishida that completely took me by surprise to me and I was truly at the edge of my seat all the way through it.
At the same time though, It could be said that some of the scenes where characters spoke to each other were a bit cheesy, and over the top at times. Another thing that I struggled with was keeping up with the first act of the film at times. It seemed like the scenes were kind of scattered all over the place initially, but after a while, you get used to it and realize that the film is just giving you a quick look at these people as children.
In the end, A Silent Voice is a remarkable film, and I highly recommend that any of you who watch it share it with all of your friends, because this is one that you don't want to miss. It's the type of film that has you put yourself in the characters' shoes and look at things from their perspective. The subject matter was very important to today's world because bullying happens more and more nowadays, and a film like this can show you just how much bullying can mess with someone's psyche for years and years to come. Although the ending wasn't exactly how I was hoping the film concluded, it still left me with a feeling of satisfaction, and I was happy to see things pan out that way. I'm definitely going to watch this one again, and I'll be copping the Blu-ray.

I'm not a fan of the Rap scene but I found the film enjoyable to watch for being about music.Never followed Tupac so I can't say if most of the things that happened were true,never even heard of him until 3 yrs after his death, I think he was a revolutionary figure a bit like Bob Marley telling the struggles of being a black person getting his message across and his ideals to make his life better to make his family cared for.But his life went wayside with the trappings of fame and fortune.
All eyez on me has a good casting choice in Demetrius Shipp Jr, sadly that's about the only positive. On the whole this is just a paint by numbers set of events that does very little to explore the man behind the music with any real depth.

One Punch Man: Wanpanman (2015)
Stupidly overpowered but still really funny yet still keeping the drama element's
Anime may have developed a loyal and feverish following outside of Japan since the dawn of high-speed internet but in reality, fans will likely always have to contend with looks of bemused, quiet judgement when their grandparents ask why they're watching "those funny Asian cartoons again".
Now and then however, a series will come along with crossover, mainstream appeal that seeps into western pop culture and introduces a new generation of viewers to the world of anime and manga. Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon and Pokémon all found homes on international T.V. Channels, and even casual television watchers are likely familiar with at least one of those franchises, if only because of the "it's over 9000!" meme. Likewise, it's no coincidence that Hollywood is currently in the process of churning out live-action versions of Death Note and Ghost In The Shell whilst rumours of an ambitious Akira project continue to swirl. More recently, Attack On Titan has succeeded in attracting anime newbies and connoisseurs alike with its brand of gore-centric action sequences, intriguing mysteries and fist-pumping soundtrack.

Eddie brock (Tom Hardy) is an intrepid journalist, who doesn't know when to hold back, and this costs him dearly when he loses his job and more. His mistake? Taking on Carlton Drake - a businessman who considers himself to be a visionary, albeit with sketchy morals
It moves quickly and is fairly good-natured, but otherwise this flatly written, uninspired comic-book action movie feels more like a paycheck-driven business decision than an artistic inspiration. (Sony no longer holds the rights to the Spider-Man character, in whose universe the Venom character originated, so Venom could have been an attempt to cling to some kind of money-generating superhero franchise.) The movie boasts some interesting creature visual effects, but Hardy is the only actor who seems to be trying. And he feels miscast as a character who's part intrepid reporter and part comical buffoon; he has trouble with the jokes' timing
What the screenplay lacks in character development, it makes up for in at least a couple of the action scenes which are well staged and executed, save for the anti-climax when it all converges into a massive CGI blob, quite literally. All hope isn't lost though. A mid-credits scene does enough to build excitement for the subsequent sequel, which hopefully will feature Venom being integrating into the Spider-verse. If nothing, Tom Hardy proves that he's more than equipped to play the sentient symbiote, but in the hands of a more adept director implementing a tauter story.
But overall the movie isn't that bad that people say it was but I might reconsider it when the movie comes out on blu ray in Feb of 2019

One day I was scrolling through netflix and that's when I saw disastrous life of saiki k and it sounded really ironic but I was dead wrong this show is most funniest anime I have seen in my life, i have watched this show three times and every time has been incredible

As I soon as I watched this show I was quite intrigued by the overwhelming popularity of the show. So i decided to give it a go and I was quite impressed this Isn't something I haven't seen before and it's original which is a also a bonus In my books, the plot is about a teenage called kaneki
Kaneki is a shy badass, with Hide being his only close friend. He usually spends most of his time reading books, mostly novels. He is extremely gentle and appears to be optimistic most of the time. And he underwent these powers after a graphic incident which meant he became a ghoul, he refused to eat other humans being but he manage to cope with this throughout the series The artwork is also tremendously good the style is just the basic Ishida Sui style which is mostly common throughout manga I reviewed this is English dub and I also watched this in 1080×1920p

If you didn't knew I am a huge sao fan and I had huge expectations for this movie and I'm proudly to say they succeed. The movie takes place after the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. It's about a new device called augma, The Augma is a next-generation wearable multi-device developed by Professor Shigemura Tetsuhiro and distributed by an emerging information and communication technology (ICT) company named Kamura, most people use it for sports but there has been a game that has been released called ordinal scale ,But there is only one problem I have with this it's basically season 1 of sao but put into a 2 hour long movie but besides that the movie overall is masturpiece in its own right, if you didn't knew already the movie is number eight in the japanese box office reaching 33.2 million us dollars or just over 4 billion yen
( 2017) The art work is astonishing even the lighting is marvellous, it's some of the best I have ever seen just coming underneath attack of titan and I have reviewed this in English dub 5.1 at 1080p × 1920p you can watch this at crunchyroll and netflix but do be warned there is no dub on netflix

Sword Art Online (2012)
Amazing
Based on the general public they have rated it as 7.7 out of 10 which is a reasonable number but if I was proper critic I would reconsider to change the number based on my opinion which I have rated as a 10, i have gave it this rating because it has to be the greatest anime I have watched in my 16 year existence
The characters to the story, the atmosphere is so good it's seems real at sometimes and at the end of season 2 it had me wondering why stop there but anyway the story is about a 16 year old kid called kazuto kiragaya but also known for his online persona kirito
And there has been a new game released to the public in 2022 and it's called sword art online which is also the main title and it's a vrmmorpg and it's for a device called the nervegear which was designed and produced by akihiko kayaba and he is also the creator of sword art online as well and everyone was trapped in the game for over two year and in those two years kirito met a girl called asuna and sooner or later they became married in the game and also had a little cottage on floor 22 by a lake and they was wondering around the forest and that's when they met there adopted daughter called yui they found her there passed out and took her home as soon as she woke up she couldn't remember anything but it's turns out she was just a artificial intelligence programme which made the story move thrilling as it is but eventually they had to return to the front lines and clear the game and it's turns out commander heathcliff is really akihiko kayaba and he is the boss on floor 100 in the ruby palace so kirito took him down but in the last second asuna saved kirito but at the cost of her own life but for anybody doesn't know she is alive
And kayaba is not the true boss on floor 100 the boss is called Incarnation of the Radius but that's for an other time but basically if you have not watched it yet give it a shot and watch it you can watch it in English or japanese your choice but I reviewed this in English cause I don't understand japanese to good and I know people are going to avoid watching it because kirito is voiced Bryce papenbrook but I don't understand why people hate him he is a pretty good voice actor he plays rin in blue Exorcist but anyway go watch it and the only reason kirito and asuna didn't for is because because the system, Cardinal, was designed that way. That's why they have the resurrection item like Disgaea mentioned. There is a delay before the player is killed in the real world, following his avatar's death. ... Now, the same can be said about Kirito killing Kayaba.

However, his peace is short-lived as a new incident occurs in a game called Gun Gale Online, where a player by the name of Death Gun appears to be killing people in the real world by shooting them in-game. Approached by officials to assist in investigating the murders, Kazuto assumes his persona of Kirito once again and logs into Gun Gale Online, intent on stopping the killer. Overall this season is more thrilling compared to season one, The second season begins with a new virtual reality MMORPG called Gun Gale Online. Rumors are circulating about a person named Death Gun who can fire a bullet in the game that will also kill people in real life. Kirito, the protagonist of the last season, starts working with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate whether such a thing is possible. This arc starts off as a mystery, but it suffers from pacing problems that make it hard to keep an invested interest. The deuteragonist, Sinon, is an avid Gun Gale Online player. She's a well-known sniper in the game, and she even plans on competing in a competition with the silliest name imaginable (Bullet of Bullets). Kirito and Sinon end up working together as Sinon helps Kirito find Death Gun, and Kirito helps Sinon through her fears.
When Sinon was a young girl, a man barged into the post office and aimed a gun at her mother. Sinon managed to take the gun from him and shot him. Because of this event, Sinon is terrified of guns and is playing Gun Gale Online as immersion therapy to conquer her fears. Sinon's stress triggers whenever she comes into close contact with guns or realistic replicas. At first, this seems like a well done representation of a trigger - Sinon panics when she tries to hold the gun replica she keeps in her desk at home. Her breathing becomes labored and she can only remember how terrified she felt the time she held a gun and killed someone. It's surprisingly dark for Sword Art Online, and the show would have pulled it off had it not done it in such an overdramatic manner. The over the top, highly saturated red in the background and an unreasonable amount of blood flowing across the floor distract from the terror Sinon feels.
