Henry Cavill is unarguably one of the most dashing, hotshot talents in the entertainment industry, with his ripped physique, distinctive dapper charms, and unparalleled chivalry serving as the perfect additions to his outstanding acting chops. To put it simply, Hollywood has earned a gem through him.
Although the acting projects he has been taking on as of late aren’t quite gaining the attention he may be seeking, Cavill himself hasn’t once stopped making rounds on the internet for his beauty nonetheless. That said, one of the things most-talked-about things about him is his stunning eyes.

While his gorgeously stunning blue eyes are enough to leave everyone mesmerized by him, what’s astonishing about them is that they aren’t a single color. Rather, the 41-year-old actor has a tinge of a different color in one of the irises of his eyes,...

Can you believe it’s been over 12 years since House ended?!
The Fox medical television show ended its run after eight seasons on the network, and after winning several awards, including two Primetime Emmy Awards and three Creative Arts Emmys.
Starring Hugh Laurie, Robert Sean Leonard, Omar Epps, Jesse Spencer, Lisa Edelstein, Jennifer Morrison, Peter Jacobson, Olivia Wilde, Kal Penn, Amber Tamblyn, Odette Annable and Charlyne Yi, the series focused on Dr. Gregory House (Laurie), who is devoid of anything resembling bedside manner and wouldn’t even talk to his patients if he could get away with it. Dealing with his own constant physical pain, he uses a cane that seems to punctuate his acerbic, brutally honest demeanor.
While his behavior can border on antisocial, House is a brilliant diagnostician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts afford him widespread respect. An infectious disease specialist, House thrives on the challenge of...

Jeremy O. Harris wants his upcoming feature “Erupcja” to inspire rising filmmakers — and perhaps inspire change among distributors.
The Tony winner told Variety that he hopes his secret film “Erupcja” (Polish for “eruption”) with director Pete Ohs could help resurrect the arthouse “micro-budget” films of decades past.
“I’m hoping that what comes from this is a lot more young filmmakers feeling less pressure to have their first, second, third, fourth, fifth feature be the $10 million, $20 million, $30 juggernaut they want with every person that’s like, the most famous person online,” Harris said. “And maybe, you know, something that’s like, truly honest, fun, and unique to them, that’s smaller, that maybe takes a really brave, exciting distributor to jump onto.”
Of course, this one has a pretty famous person online: Charli Xcx co-stars with Harris. The two also co-produce.

However, in 2016, the world saw them being spotted with other people and fizzed away what was looked at as a power couple. Styles had a public relationship with actress, Olivia Wilde, and Jenner’s connection with the artist, Bad Bunny became very well known.
With fans thinking that this ship between the singer and the model was completely done for, recent whispers seem to hint at something else that Styles’ fans would not be happy about.

Jeff Bridges wasn’t the biggest fan of his appearance in 2010’s Tron: Legacy.
The Oscar-winning actor recently chatted with Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, where the host asked him what he thought about his image being digitally scanned for the Joseph Kosinski-directed movie.
“It’s the new thing… I got scanned and in the computer for when we did Tron 2 — What was it called? — Legacy,” Bridges said. “I wasn’t particularly fond of that recreation of myself. I thought I looked more like Bill Maher than myself.”
The actor reprised his role as video game designer Kevin Flynn for Tron: Legacy, nearly three decades after the 1982 sci-fi classic Tron. But the sequel, starring Garrett Hedlund and Olivia Wilde, also featured a de-aged version of himself as the character Clu (Codified Likeness Utility).

Lucy Liu, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Olivia Wilde, Beanie Feldstein and Joanna Calo gathered together at a cocktail party Thursday evening in New York City to name the grant recipient of the 2024 Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program.
The five women served as this year’s jury for the annual program, which provides industry support and artistic development to self-identifying women and non-binary filmmakers. After an intensive, three-day workshop, Liu, Randolph, Wilde, Feldstein and Calo awarded writer-director Sophia Youssef and producer Céline Bava-Helms the grand prize for their short film, “Black Shore.”
“We thought that ‘Black Shore’ was very ambitious and world-building,” Liu told Variety at the cocktail event on the upper terrace of the Greenwich Hotel’s Tribeca penthouse. “And it was different from the other projects because it was so expansive.”
Liu recalled the jury’s deliberation process after hearing pitches from the emerging filmmakers.

The fall festival trifecta of Venice/Telluride/Toronto traditionally have been venues for the serious start of Oscar season. But that kind of awards-season mojo has been shifting, however slowly, with the most recent Best Picture winners, Oppenheimer and Everything Everywhere All At Once, released July and March of their respective years. In fact, the big Oscar opponent and BAFTA winner to the latter title, All Quiet on the Western Front, also defied the odds, having first played at Berlin in late winter of 2022, around the same time Everything Everywhere debuted at SXSW.

The annual Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program has officially announced its 2024 grant recipients. “Black Shore” received full production funding; per an official statement, “the short tells the story about Evangelina, who, forced to look after her ailing mother back home in Santorini, must confront the reality that her mother’s lifelong obsession with mythological monsters and an ancient family curse might not be pure fantasy, but a terrifying warning that some fates are inherited.”

Tyler, The Creator will “See You Again” very soon — but this time, on the big screen.
The Grammy Award-winning artist will make his film debut with the star-studded “Marty Supreme” alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and Timothée Chalamet. Josh Safdie is directing the A24 film from a script he co-wrote with Ronald Bronstein.
“Marty Supreme” is a fictionalized, original feature with official plot details being kept under wraps. However, Variety previously reported that the film may be loosely inspired by the life of Marty Reisman, a ping pong champion who won 22 major ping pong titles from 1946 to 2002, and five bronze medals at the World Table Tennis Championships, across his career. He also made history as the oldest player to win an open national competition in a racket sport while competing in the United States National Hardbat Championship. Reisman died in 2012.
For the film, Chalamet, Safdie, Bronstein, Eli Bush, Anthony Katagas, and A24 produce.

I know it doesn’t feel like 2004 was 20 years ago, but it was, which means many great TV shows just turned 20 years old.
Seriously, 2004 is a sneaky good year for new TV premieres. Most of the titles on this list of good TV shows turning 20 years old in 2024 were broadcast hits. The cable networks had a decent market share in the early 2000s, but we’re still a decade before the streaming industry changed the TV game.
At this point in TV history, we’re still seven years before the Game of Thrones premiere. Remember that, please!
Let’s get the list started with the best show of 2004!

Created by Jeffrey Lieber, J. J. Abrams, and Damon Lindelof, Lost premiered on ABC in the fall of 2004. The series told the story of a group of survivors of a plane crash on a mysterious island.
