This was a pretty ordinary movie with a stand out performance from Bill Murray. He didn't shine throughout the movie, yet was able to produce enough laughs for me to leave without carving the movie to pieces. "Rushmore" seemed to waste its potential, with a sometimes messy script, and a plot that couldn't confirm a direction. One definite worthwhile highlight is the snapshot of Bill Murray and his family.
