• Rice Girl is a cult classic, with very funny dialogue, set pieces, wardrobe and acting. It follows a Chinese Hollywood actress who goes under cover as a prostitution to land a role in the movie "Hooker X." It's played by the smoking hot and hilarious Cheryl Ling (Monk) who stars, wrote and produced the movie. The films has many uproarious moments. My favorite is the date when the Texas cop asks his Chinese date "Why is everything from your country good for man." His date deadpans in response that her father always said that "if they put led in your pencil, just eat it." From beginning to end, the film delivers the exuberance and veracities of Asian culture, Hollywood industry and the sex industry. It's a must see movie!
