The Best-Worst Movies of 2017 so far (that I have seen) (spoiler free)

This is a movie that takes the story of the tradgic event and tells it with a great cast and some of Hans Zimmer`s best music. I love that you don`t get that much info about main characters because you aren`t supposed to know them only see their escape from Dunkirk. Again the cast is so great espescially Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Fionn Whitehead & Kennth Branagh.

This is some of Nolan`s finest work and you should see it in cinemas and NOT at home.

This movie is suprising, I did not really expect how good it was, but oh boy was it good. This is a film with a really good cast espesially Eili Harboe. She was perfectly casted for this movie.

But back to the review. The plot is that Thelma get`s some powers (not gonna say how strong they get) that if she wants something she can make it happen. It also is about her finding out who she is in both physcologially and sexualty. It`s beatifully shot and the symbolisem is really good.

This is also a movie were it does not end up being a awkward movie about being young and living their life with school and friends and all that. It actully ends up making it so natual like it should be.

This is a dramathriller with a hint of horror and you should watch it. Do NOT let the horror part scare you away from this movie.

This man is a very beatiful movie to look at! The pictures looks so beatiful here. You have to see it for yourself to find out what I mean.

The story is great and has better pacing than the original. I love the romantic scenes in this movie. They are made so good.

You will have to wait a long time to get to Harrison`s part, but oh damm it`s worth the wait. Jared Leto is also there very little, but his parts of the movie is some of scariest villan scenes I have seen this year.

The music is great and a great cast

Old review: For me the best X-men movie and definitively the best movie this year. It has some of the best acting of all-time too. It`s also the best movie to start with in the series if you want to get in to it. 9 out of 10!

With this being Hughs final movie as Logan aka Wolverine it is also his finest not just of all the X-men films he has been in but also in his whole career. His acting both physical and talking is amazingly good. Dafne Keen as Laura also does an amazingly good job with her physical acting and her very little but really good talking. Perfectly cast in to the movie.

And Patrick Stewart is great as he always is. The other actors were also very good.

The music is great, some of the best of this year. And the big action scenes espicially the big scene were Xavier is freezing every bad guy in place. The visual in the movie looks so beautiful some of the best I have seen and if you already have seen it in color see it in and black and white and you will see and understand how beautiful the visuals are.

The only bad thing I can say about the movie is that the villians we see in the movie (exept for X-24) is`nt that good. The actors are good, but the characters they play isn`t really that threatening and scary.

With all this taken in consideration i give it a:

This is a fully packed action film with scenes that feel thrilling even if the main character is just picking up coffee. You wonder how? Well it`s the music. The scene is played to the beat of the music and it works so great.
The story is also really good even if some parts of it falls flat. The cast are giving the A-game espicially Ansel Elgort, Jaime Fox, Kevin Spacey and Jon Hamm. And did I mention the music? Oh, yeah sorry about that.

This documentary is awesome! This one tells the untold story about the man who actually should have the credit for Batman as a character and also what had to be done to get that credit.

It`s a a really touching story! It`s sometimes is funny and sometimes it`s very sad. It`s also very exciting despite this not being an action movie.

I love going through the history of Batman. This movie feels very much like a celebration of Batman as well as a good story about getting something right. It also makes me want to read Batman comics and watch the movies again.

Spider-Man is back and for me it`s my favorite version of the character that we have seen in cinemas. It has a good storyline even if it feels a little bit too streamlined. Michael Keaton is great as a villan and his character has good reasons to be a villan, but I wish we could see more of his origin.

Tom Holland is the best thing in this movie. His acting shines and when he takes the stage no others can take it from him. Even RDJ and Keaton can`t take it from him.

This is a very cool movie with a great cast and a good plot. It`s also one of the funniest movies of the year!

When I went in to this movie I was a bit sceptical, both since I had heard mixed reviews and that I knew that Kenneth Branagh who is playing Poirot in the movie was also directing this movie. I thougt it would end being too hard for anyone to do that good but I was definitivly wrong beacause this movie was a really good actually.

The acting is some of the greatest and the movie has such a plefera of well-known and good actors such as Dame Judi Dench from the "Bond" movies, William Dafoe, Johnny Depp, Michelle Phieffer from "Batman Returns" and suprisingly Daisy Ridley. All of these actors do a supurb job and really embodied their characters.

The story is also very good, yeah it is not the best story I will say but it was entertaining, thrilling and smart. Even if I guessed who was the Murderer i was still shocked about how it ended up being reavealed.

The music is good and the pitures is so beatiful. It`s really beatiful.

This is when it comes to the three movies in the cinematic universe this one is the best one. It has a good story that has good story and they don`t go overbord with delviering the message.

Sometimes it ends up feeling a bit generic, but it makes up some of it with cool action scenes and scenes that tie very good in to the plot. Epic music and a really cool villan.

This is a very great movie that tells a good story about a woman who is fighting for what is right and the movie does this well without it feeling like she can do it just because she is a woman.

Whit that in mind guys and girls I give this movie the rating of:

Kingsman is back and it`s looking good. Yeah it has some generic things with it. Julianne Moore was a very generic villan, but she was good in that role. The story wasn`t all that good, but the film was more action-focused this time and it had some really good action. I would have still liked a better story, but I am happy for what we got.

The acting was really good and action is great. There was some very cool new characters that has good chemistry with the ones from the original movie. This movie is also really funny, both in the action sequences and in the more conversationlike scenes. One of the things that I loved the most is all of the cool gadgets they got to use (I can`t list them up here because people could count it as a spoiler).

The last thing I will say (before summary) is that even if the story ended up being generic and not that good, but it has some part that I really liked very much. I can`t talk more in-depth about it because of spoilers.

So to sum it up: A generic story with some good story parts, really great action, great acting, some really funny moments, (I forgot to mention) great music and the great gadgets galore.

This movie is one of the (maybe the funniest) funniest movies we have gotten in the Marvel cinamatic universe so far. I had high hopes for this movie and they were surley payed back very well. Thor was funny and he has also through the becomed a better character than he was before this.

Loki is back and man he is still a great character for them to have. The funny scenes with him & Thor are genius. We also have Hulk as a bigger and better character while his alter ego Bruce takes a backseat which ends being not so good.

New characters such as Valkyrie is cool and definytivly someone I did not expect to be that badass. Korg played by Taika Waititi is the best character in the whole movie both because of his funny voice and the things he said. Goldblum as the Grand Master was fitting so well into this movie. One of his best roles.

The music is good I could listen to it for days espcially the Led Zeppelin song and that 80`s sci-fi song oh man. The action is great. Defintivly some of the best I have seen in the series.

Blanchetts Hela was also a very good villan. Someone you should not mess with and finally Marvel has a female villan (yes). Even if I some things with her that is typical, but she is still a great villian.

So all in all one of the best movies of the year with a great and funny cast. The action is great, new intersting characters and some of the best music in the Marvel cinamatic universe.

I give Thor Ragnarok the rating: 7,5 out of 10!

The most funny movie this year yet, even if it has some misses. It`s not better than the first, but it`s still worth it. Even if the story isn`t that interesting for every character (Gamora and Nebula`s story could have been much better), but it`s still my favorite of those two.

It`s a scary but not too scary. I mean it`s scary when you watch it, but you don`t feel that scared afterwards or get nightmares or feel like you are going to see Pennywise come out your closet. It`s more of a movie that really funny in some scenes while the scary scenes arn`t that scary to me. Some of the scenes were really scary and some was like you knew you should be scared but you arn`t.

On the other hand the cast is great I would like to see a movie with them and without Pennywise. The music is good. The story is good even if it has a cliche romantic plot. And lastly I love all of the references to the 80s since that`s the timeframe.

So to sum it up: Scary, but it could have been much scarier. A good story about youth and doing what you must to find the answer to a question you have. A great cast and good music. A cliche romantic plot and a lot of good references

This is a very funny movie where the action is good, but the humor is better. The story is good even if it could have been better without the child-plot (not gonna detail because of spoilers). The films lesser known characters should have been better fleshed out more and the third act should have been shorter.

But all in all it`s a good film with very funny jokes and scenes. A very good cast and a good plot

A great celebration of Batman through the years and a very funny movie! The Story of the rivalry between Batman & Joker is a very great story even if it endes up being very simple. It has a great cast also.

The acting is pretty much some of the best mocap acting I have seen and the effects are now so real that it`s creep. The story is good for the most part and it could have tried to be a bit intersting towards the end. Woody Harrelson ends up being a very good villan even if he does not like the best one from the triolgy.

The character Bad Ape is something they could have taken out because for me he feels a bit out of place for the movie like he is there only for comedic reasons even if he is funny.

With all that in consideration my rating is 7 out of 10.

This movie has gotten some unfair ratings and critics lately, yeah it has a long list of problems, but it does in my mind do so many things wrong that I did not feel like it`s the worst movie I have seen this year.

The acting here is very good when even if the villan wasn`t all that threatning. I love the heroes in this movie even if I still feel like both Aquaman and Flash should have had their own movies first. I love the chemistry between all of the heroes though, just seeing them come together as a team was really quite good and entertaining.

The jokes they had even do there was not many it was enough to keep the movie on track. I love that it was not all series all the time like the BvS from last year because that ended up being pretty boring. I am glad this one did not end being that even if I would have liked more to see Snyder`s full cut.

When it comes to the story there is many parts I love but much of it also don`t like because since they switch director the movie did make the story feel quite messy. Snyder`s style for how to things and Whedon`s style did not mesh in a 100% good way.

But the build up for most of the heroes was really good. Like the relationship between Wonder Woman and Batman or to learn about the heroes and see Batman tell them how to be heroes. Even if I still feel like Flash and Aquaman need a movie before this one.

Back to the acting. Specifically Henry Cavill`s beacause finally has begun to give an actually good performance and a warmth he did not have before as Superman. His Superman is now ending up being I remember and not being so serious. The music is some of the best I have heard this year. They did some good job here.

Now to the thing you really wanted me to write about: The cg in this movie is some of the worst I have seen ever. I did not see the mustache effects before long after actually watching the movie so I am not going to focus on that even if I can agree that it is bad how it looks on Superman, but it should not to be the source of the bad critic for this movie.

The bad critic that I want to focus on is the cg of the bad villian also were not really threatning at all. The one and only Steppenwolf. He is the most disgusting bad guy I have ever seen. He looks like some that was dipped in to too much cement, then fitted in too the greyist armor I have ever seen. This to me makes him also end being very boring and less threatning than he could have been.

To sum the movie it has: A some times good story, but also very messy. The heroes story is really intresting and the actors do a good job at emboding them. The jokes are funny and the music is good. This movie also has the worst villan cg that I have ever seen and some style problems. This is why I give it a rating of:

This movie is ok, yeah it feels like a cheap action flick, but it is still really fun. The action is great, the cast are good even if the main ones are actually playing themselves which is not bad for this movie. There are really good camerawork and that is what an action movie like this needs.

It is not a movie that you should expect to the best of this year but you can still have a good time with it.

A very good horror-sci-fi movie, even if it for some (not me) may remind them of Alien. Great acting, a story that is unexpected at some places and it`s a really scary sometimes.

This movie is funnier than I had expected in some place and the movie ends being too long and some scenes could have been cut since they weren`t funny. There some scenes here that are really funny and some others are not that funny. Some scenes feel like they are just destroying the pacing of the movie.

The voice actors is in their a-game with Kevin Conroy & Loren Lester returning as Batman & Nightwing, while we have Melissa Rauch as Haley, Paget Brewster as Poison Ivy & Kevin Michael Richardson as Floronic Man.
