Known primarily for her acting career, 'In Her Name' is Sarah Carter's debut as a feature director and filmmaker. This movie premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2022. Along with her husband, Emmy Award-winning editor, Kevin Barth, she has successfully produced two full-length features, "A Pity", and her self-penned directorial debut "In Her Name". Sarah honors her mastery of the artistic process by teaching and contributing as a philanthropist in various ways. She's worked with teenage boys at Camp Kilpatrick Juvenile Delinquent Hall to help them tell their stories and move their emotions creatively, and facilitates women's groups intended to share and release trauma, celebrate wisdom, and find freedom in a safe community. For years, she was the spokesperson for The Breast Cancer Fund promoting health and wellness, raising funds for research, and was featured in Elle Magazine for climbing Mt. Shasta in honor of all the women in her life and around the world who live with or who have died fighting cancer. Today, Cheshire Moon Productions has partnered with EmpowerHer, an organization to support and inspire young women who have lost their mothers.

Working and traveling alone as an actor for over a decade, she values her ability to bond and communicate beyond language and culture. As a practicing Buddhist and yogini, with professional training in core energetics, and having acquired teaching status for her studies with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes on story analysis and channeling archetypes, Sarah applies her experience as a mystic to all facets of her life's work.

Along with being a professional actor, director, writer, producer, and devoted mother, Sarah is a singer/songwriter in her band, "SanguinDrake."

In late 2009, after graduating from Boston University, Jenn moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming an actor. Only four months later, she landed her first role, the starring role in Vampires Suck (2010), a big-budget FOX & New Regency movie. As a singer/songwriter, Jill wrote all of the music and lyrics on her debut album, "Ghost In My Head". She performed on the Lilith Tour with Sarah McLachlan, The Indigo Girls and the Dixie Chicks and was featured on The Indigo Girls' live album "Staring Down The Brilliant Dream". Jill also wrote all the music and lyrics on her second album, "I Do", which was released in October 2015. She is currently at work writing her third album.

Originally from Copley, OH, Carrie Coon is a Chicago-based theatre, television and film actress. She received a BA in English and Spanish from the University of Mount Union, followed by her MFA in Acting at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Coon was nominated for a Tony Award in the Best Featured Actress category for her Broadway debut as Honey in the transfer of Steppenwolf Theatre's production of "Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?", directed by Pam MacKinnon. Shayk made her acting debut as Megara alongside Dwayne Johnson in Hercules (2014).

Karolina Szymczak is a Polish actress. She was born in Zlotoryja, Poland. She made her screen debut alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Alcmene in the 2014 blockbuster "Hercules." She worked with the top model agencies in LA, New York, and Europe. Lesli Margherita is an American musical theatre, voice, film and television actress.

She trained at UCLA and was soon after chosen to star in MGM's television series Fame L.A. directed by Kenny Ortega. She has gone on to star and recur on numerous television shows and pilots including Major Crimes, The Suite Life on Deck, Charmed, NYPD Blue, The District, JAG, and On The Lot, produced by Steven Spielberg. She is also known for her theatre work, playing Inez in Zorro the Musical in London's West End, for which she won an Olivier Award. She played Mrs. Wormwood on Broadway in Matilda the Musical for over 2 years; followed by a shorter run as the diva, Mona Kent in Dames at Sea which ran for about a year. Another book that shaped Gillian's perspective of life is "No Turn Unstoned" by Diana Rigg, a collection of terrible reviews that undeniably great actors received over the years. It was given to her by an acting teacher after she received a very bad review in a local paper for her initial performance in "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Thanks to this experience, she started to see these performances as an opportunity, a chance to improve instead of a burden.

She has two half-sisters. She was educated at the Carrolton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami. From childhood, Rodriguez knew she wanted to act and attended summer classes at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, as well as embarking on other acting training.

Success followed and she won roles in Spanish language series such as Prisionera (2004), Dame Chocolate (2007) and Doña Bárbara (2008). She also appeared as Sarah in the hit show "Entourage" (2004). Film projects include Man on a Ledge (2012) and What to Expect When You're Expecting (2012).

In 2016, Cohan also appeared as Martha Wayne in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016).

She was born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and moved to the United Kingdom as a teen. She graduated from the University of Winchester / King Alfred's College where she studied Drama and English Literature, before touring with a theatre company she co-founded at the University. Lauren then split her time and work between London and Los Angeles, working on several films as well as some non-commercial projects.
