The story is centered around a boy named Danny, his dad, and his grandfather trying to bring back a Halloween festival to their town. It was a local tradition until 1981, when a goth preteen died in an accident.
The best character is Dayna, who is played by Brittany Byrnes (Charlotte from H20). She's a goth cheerleader who likes to be scared and is fascinated by the occult.
