- Told in second person, you play an AFGNCAAP (an Ageless, Faceless, Gender-Neutral, Culturally-Ambiguous Adventure Person) who begins in a serene setting, a house nestled in a thick forest. But your adventure really begins when you discover that the house leads to an expansive dungeon of forgotten lore and you must recover it's treasures from a tricky thief.
- A combat helicopter must save as many rebels as possible from the p.o.w. camps set up by the evil Bungeling Empire and take out all enemy forces that stand in its way back to safety in this side-scrolling shoot 'em up.
- You pilot an attack shuttle whose mission is to strafe the enemy's "Asteroid City". Destroy fuel tanks, gun implacements, missiles, fighters and a large enemy robot.

In order to avoid the embarrassment, Werdna declared that the dungeon system is Trebor's new lair for his monsters. Trebor on the other hand, declared that the dungeon system will be his new proving grounds for adventurers to prove their worthiness of becoming Trebor's new honor guards. Hiding the actual truth from Werdna that these adventurers will be instructed to steal back the amulet for Trebor.

If the player thinks there is enough evidence against one or more suspects to convince a jury of their guilt, he can arrest them and conclude the case.
