(OFFICIAL)* Carlton Blues vs St Kilda Saints LIVE STreams AFL Football | May 09, 2025
On Friday night, St Kilda and Carlton will lock horns in the annual ‘Spud’s Game’ — a marquee match in honour of the late Danny ‘Spud’ Frawley to help raise awareness for mental health, and that no one should have to carry its burden alone.

Carlton is adamant star forward Charlie Curnow's knee issue isn't serious after he suffered a knock at training ahead of a blockbuster clash against St Kilda.
This year marks the fifth edition of the game, with a touching tribute to allow for reflection and conversation about mental health to be had minutes before the first bounce.
The Saints (4-4, 94.6 per cent) are coming off the back of their most emphatic win of the year, smoking Fremantle this time last week to skyrocket themselves back into form.
Opposing them are the Blues (3-5, 108.6 per cent), whose three-game winning streak came to an abrupt end against Adelaide last weekend, losing by 10 goals.
In recent times, the Saints have had the upper hand over the Blues, winning three of their last four encounters. In addition, Carlton have lost five of their last six games at the MCG — however that one win came most recently against Geelong less than a fortnight ago.
Ross Lyon has made just the one change at Moorabbin, with last week’s late out Mattaes Phillipou finally in for his first game of 2025. He comes into the 23 for his replacement last Friday night Tobie Travaglia, who was surprisingly unused as substitute.
Carlton coach Michael Voss has shaken things up a little bit more with his side, dropping Sam Docherty and Matthew Carroll as an injured Lachie Fogarty (hamstring) also exits the team. In better news though, Jack Silvagni has successfully overcome minor surgery on his hand, with Jaxon Binns selected for his fourth AFL game, and first of this season. SSP signing Francis Evans has also been recalled.
The first bounce will hit the MCG turf at 7:42pm local time in Melbourne, with Lance Collard (Saints) and Cooper Lord (Blues) the subs for each side.
