The 2025 FIM Motocross World Championship lines up for its third consecutive weekend on the grassy fields of Frauenfeld as the sixth round, the MXGP of Switzerland presented by iXS, stands ready to entertain fans once again across the Easter weekend!
This weekend’s event runs with a decidedly different schedule, with Practice Sessions, EMX Races, and Qualifying Races all taking part on Saturday as usual, but the regular Grand Prix programme will run on Monday the 21st of April, so Motocross fans can see out the long weekend in style with an Easter treat better than any chocolate – even in a land that is famous for it!
Last season’s Swiss event was dominated by current Championship leader Tim Gajser, and the Slovenian is on form after his win at Trentino last weekend. Can anyone stop him? Romain Febvre is his closest challenger and would like to think so, but the fervent Swiss fans will be making their usual noise for their home hero Jeremy Seewer!
The MX2 class continues to be close in the points standings, but last year’s Frauenfeld victor Kay de Wolf holds the red plate and could see any of the eight winners from the ten races so far challenge him at the top!
Swiss broadcasters SRG and RTS will be onsite with live commentary for their fans to truly get involved with all the action!
Below you can find the full list of TV channels that will air LIVE and delayed action of the MXGP of Switzerland Presented by iXS, as well as the 26-minute Behind The Gate magazine show featuring the best moments from the races, exclusive interviews and more. All of this footage will be available on MXGP-TV and via our TV magazine partners following the Grand Prix.
As always, MXGP fans can follow the races LIVE throughout the weekend. All you need to do is log onto MXGP-TV on Saturday and Monday, from wherever you are in the world. Every round this season will also feature live screening of Saturday’s Time Practice sessions, for those who want to see every wheel turn through the Swiss hillsides! Come and join us for the racing!
