The Young and the Restless

Tracey E. Bregman was born on 29 May 1963 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. She is an actress and producer, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) and Days of Our Lives (1965). She was previously married to Ronald Recht.

Scott was born Melody Ann Thomas in Los Angeles, California. Her first film credit was as a child actress in the 1964 Alfred Hitchcock movie, Marnie (1964). After bit parts in movies in the mid-'70s (most notably in John Wayne's final film, The Shootist (1976)), she was offered bit parts on nighttime series, such as The Waltons (1972), The Rockford Files (1974) and Charlie's Angels (1976).

In 1979, at the age of 23, she began playing the part of stripper "Nikki Reed" on the daytime serial, The Young and the Restless (1973), choosing the part over a sitcom pilot that, in the end, was not picked up. She was a replacement for the previous Nikki, who had lasted six months. Over time, her character reformed and became an important part of Genoa City society, as she married "Victor Newman" (Eric Braeden). Scott has said, "It's a miracle for an actor to have a job last 28 years", although she finds it frustrating to go through periods when she doesn't have a storyline. In 1987, she was offered to play the role of "Taylor Hughes" on As the World Turns (1956), but turned the offer down.

Scott was parodied in the satire publication, "The Onion", in 1999, in which a picture was edited to show her holding a Daytime Emmy (that year, Susan Lucci won the Emmy after 19 nominations). The caption read "Awards Given Out Randomly To Skinny Blonde Women". She appeared on various game shows over the years, including Family Feud (1976) (with various "Young and the Restless" co-stars), The $10,000 Pyramid (1973), Body Language (1983) and Match Game (1990).

Shemar Franklin Moore (born April 20, 1970) is an American actor and former fashion model. His notable roles are that of Malcolm Winters on The Young and the Restless from 1994 to 2005, Derek Morgan on CBS's Criminal Minds from 2005 to 2016, and as the third permanent host of Soul Train from 1999 to 2003.

Victoria Rowell is an award-winning actress, international lecturer, holds two 'honorary' doctorates - a teacher, advocate, mother, and former foster youth. She has been recognized by 193 members of Congress for advocacy work on behalf of education, arts, foster and adoptive youth and parents as well as diversity issues.

Her New York Times bestseller, The Women Who Raised Me, published by HarperCollins Publishers, received literary acclaim. Rowell also enjoys a literary book deal with Simon & Schuster for her popular soap opera novel series.

Rowell is an Emmy-nominated, NAACP-winning actress, who co-starred with Dick Van Dyke in the prime time television series Diagnosis Murder (1993) for VIACOM for eight seasons, as well as starring in Daytime television. Rowell was submitted for a Golden Globe Award, starring opposite Samuel L. Jackson in Home of the Brave (2006).

Other credits include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) and other series. She stars in the movie, Marry Me For Christmas and an upcoming feature, What Love Will Make You Do. Victoria is currently filming opposite The Blacklist/Man of Steel star, Harry Lennix.

Born in Maine, Rowell was raised on a 60 acre working farm and learned classical ballet from a book. She eventually turned professional and performed with American Ballet Theater (ABT) II and other professional ballet companies.

Rowell has two adult children, Maya and Jasper.

Eric Braeden is a German actor in America who began his career playing Nazis and eventually became a star of daytime soap operas. Born Hans Gudegast in Kiel, Germany, during the Second World War, he was a superb athlete who excelled in track-and-field events. As a teenager, he immigrated to the United States and worked in Texas and Montana as a translator, a cowhand, and a lumber millhand. His athleticism won him a scholarship to Montana State University. While attending college, he and friend Bob McKinnon made a film, The Riverbusters, about their successful attempt to be the first men to take a boat from the source to the mouth of the Salmon river and back again. He traveled to Los Angeles in hopes of finding a distributor for the documentary, but instead found that his handsome visage and accented English made him a valuable commodity as an actor. He appeared in small parts under his real name before landing the leading role of the antagonist, Captain Hans Dietrich, on the World War II television series The Rat Patrol (1966).

The series was a hit, and Gudegast's sympathetic German officer was very popular. He appeared in a few movies and television films thereafter in supporting roles, then was given the lead in Universal's science-fiction computer thriller Colossus: The Forbin Project (1970). His delight at this huge career boost was muted by the studio's insistence that he change his name. With extreme reluctance, he agreed and became known subsequently as Eric Braeden. Braeden worked continuously in television movies for the next decade. He also worked on Broadway and in Los Angeles area theatre. In 1980, he reluctantly accepted a role in a daytime drama, The Young and the Restless (1973), and gained a stardom in this medium that had just eluded him in film and prime time television. As lead Victor Newman, Braeden brought a gravity and a strong center to the program. Amazingly handsome and athletic into his sixties, Braeden maintained the charisma that first brought him notice in "The Rat Patrol".

His infrequent film work during his nearly quarter century on "The Young and the Restless" included a prominent role as John Jacob Astor in Titanic (1997). A five-time Emmy nominee for his "The Young and the Restless" role (he won in 1998), he was also nominated eleven times for the Soap Opera Digest Outstanding Leading Actor Award, winning three times. In 1987, he was appointed, along with Henry Kissinger, Paul Volker, Steffi Graf, Alexander Haig, and Katherine Graham, to the German-American Advisory Board, and in 1991 received the Federal Medal of Honor from the president of his native land, Germany. He married his college sweetheart Dale Russell in 1966. Their son, Christian Gudegast is a screenwriter.

Eileen Davidson was born on 15 June 1959 in Artesia, California, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), Days of Our Lives (1965) and The House on Sorority Row (1982). She has been married to Vincent Van Patten since 15 April 2003. They have one child. She was previously married to Jon Lindstrom and Christopher Mayer.

Two-time Emmy (R) Award-winning actress Michelle Stafford stars in the #1-rated The Young and the Restless (1973), viewed by more than 20 million people every day in some 20 countries worldwide. Michelle joined the cast of "The Young and the Restless" in 1994 and has since developed her role of "Phyllis" into one of the most popular and vivacious characters on daytime to date.

In April 2008, Stafford nabbed her seventh Emmy nomination and was projected by Mark Dagostino of People Magazine as his pick to win.

While "The outrageously sexy Stafford" (TV Guide) continues her celebrated run on The Young and the Restless (1973), she also constantly keeps busy with additional projects. Michelle recently tried her hand at portraying a detective in the soon-to-be released feature-film 3 Days Gone (2008). And, in 2007, starred in the Lifetime television movie Like Mother, Like Daughter (2007). With all of the above, Michelle still finds time for some of her more personal interests, including travel, the culinary world and philanthropic endeavors.

Michelle lends her voice and time to such groups as "Citizens Commission on Human Rights" and "The Hollywood Education and Literacy Project" and was honored by the "National Foundation for Women Legislators" for her human rights campaigning.

Lauralee Bell won a Daytime Emmy® Award for her IP work in 2014 for mI promise, which debuted on Amazon Prime in 2019. Bell was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy® as Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2016 for her role as Christine Williams on The Young and the Restless, the #1 rated soap. Bell starred and served as Executive Producer of Lifetime Movie Network's Nightmare Tenant in 2019 and Bell starred in Mistress Hunter for the network in 2018. Bell also created three web series, Family Dinner, Just Off Rodeo and mI promise, continuing a rich family tradition of creating their own projects and winning Emmys for their work. Bell also won the female lead in her first film, Carpool Guy, the lead in the 2006 Lifetime movie, Past Sins, and one of the leads in Easy Rider: The Ride Back. She also guested on CSI: Miami and Castle. Bell debuted her first Webby Honoree web series, Family Dinner in 2009. The Bells lived in Chicago where her mom hosted The Lee Phillip show on the CBS affiliate, WBBM-TV. Lee won fifteen Emmys for the program and became one of the city's most recognized personalities. Bell, born December 22, lives in Los Angeles. She was the hottest daytime star in France for many years as well as their most frequent TV Guide cover subject. Bell also guest- starred on a Walker, Texas Ranger season finale and she hosted television specials for E! Entertainment Television, PAX-TV and a talk show pilot with castmate Doug Davidson. Bell met Scott Martin in Chicago during high school and they married in 1997. They have a son, Christian, and a daughter, Samantha. In 2009, Bell and her husband created Martin Bell Productions to focus on creating and developing new entertainment projects. Tricia Cast was born on 16 November 1966 in Medford, Long Island, New York, USA. She is an actress and writer, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), It's Your Move (1984) and The Bad News Bears (1979). She was previously married to Bat McGrath and Jack Allocco.

Tonya Williams is an award-winning actress and advocate with British, Canadian and American citizenship. Born in London, England she is an only child of Justice G. Williams Q.C (deceased) and Korah Williams a retired Registered Nurse and Midwife who are both Jamaican. When she was almost one her parents emigrated to New York for six months before returning to Jamaica, West Indies to set up her father's law practice. Her parents separated in 1963 (later divorced in 1974). In 1965 she and her mother returned to England and lived in Birmingham until they emigrated to Canada in May 1970 when was eleven. Tonya's passion for the arts was first developed with her training in classical piano and violin which she studied from the ages of five to seventeen. During high school she was the only student chosen to represent her school at the Ontario Music Leadership Camp. It was while at high school that a chance meeting with casting director Karen Hazzard led to her booking a national 'wear a moustache' milk campaign and other TV commercials. After high school she auditioned and landed a place in the drama program at Ryerson University. Her first job after Ryerson was to star as 'Billy' in Mavor Moore's stage musical 'Love and Politics'. That led to numerous acting roles in film and television in Toronto. After a season starring on the sitcom Check It Out, she decided to move to Los Angeles in 1988 where she guest starred in several roles before landing the coveted role of Olivia Barber Hastings Winters on The Young and The Restless from 1990 - 2011. She has won numerous awards not only for her acting but for her advocacy work for artists of colour in the Canadian entertainment industry. She splits her time between Los Angeles and Toronto.

Christian Jules Le Blanc was born on August 25, 1958 in North Carolina, USA. He is the son of Major Andre Victor Le Blanc (a veteran) and Alice Le Blanc. He grew up in a large family, being the second eldest of eight children. As a teen, he attended Jesuit High School and later went on to receive a BA degree from Tulane University (Louisiana, USA), majoring in ancient history and pre-med. Before pursuing an acting career, he had planned to spend his life working in the medical field.

Christian made his screen debut in a commercial for Barq's Root Beer. He's most known for his work on In the Heat of the Night (1988) and for playing lawyer Michael Baldwin, on The Young and the Restless (1973). A man of many skills, he is also an award-winning artist and has MC'd and hosted numerous events for charities and other organizations. He has been with his husband, a yoga instructor named Sid Montz, since 1993.

Patrika Darbo was born on 6 April 1948 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Days of Our Lives (1965), Babe (1995) and Rango (2011). She has been married to Rolf Darbo since 29 December 1973.

Peter Bergman was born on 11 June 1953 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He is an actor, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), All My Children (1970) and The Bold and the Beautiful (1987). He has been married to Mariellen Bergman since 1985. They have two children. He was previously married to Christine Ebersole.

Jess Walton was born on 18 February 1946 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), Capitol (1982) and Cannon (1971). She has been married to John Warren James since 20 December 1980. They have one child. She was previously married to Bruce Davison.

Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Godfrey started acting in high school and was quickly signed up by a talent agency. In 2005, she moved to Los Angeles to try her luck auditioning. One of her first parts was a recurring role on the TV show Surface (2005). Godfrey's career came to a sudden halt when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2006. While cancer treatment was eventually successful, the therapy lasted seven months. Afterwards Godfrey returned to L.A. and scored guest roles on such shows like Cold Case (2003) and CSI: Miami (2002). Her big break didn't come until 2012 though when she scored the prestigious role of Caroline Spencer on the daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful (1987). Tragedy struck again as the actress was injured in an automobile accident on February 2, 2015, after being struck by a moving car while walking on the sidewalk in Los Angeles. The real-life events were later incorporated into the series as her character experienced the same accident (off-screen). From 2013 to 2015 Godrey was in a relationship with and engaged to fellow actor Robert Adamson who plays Noah Newman on sister-show The Young and the Restless (1973). They share a daughter, born in 2014.

Courtney Hope has been seen as Sally Spectra on the Young and The Restless since 2020 after portraying the same character on The Bold and the Beautiful for four years prior. Courtney won a Daytime Emmy in June 2024 for per portrayal of Sally Spectra on The Young And The Restless. In 2021, she was nominated for her first Daytime Emmy for "Outstanding Performance By A Supporting Actress", as well for the portrayal of Sally Spectra on the Bold and The Beautiful.

Courtney is also well known for her character in the hit-video game, "Control" by Remedy Entertainment. Her portrayal of Jesse Faden in Control earned her a video game nomination for "Best Performance" for a BAFTA Award (2020), as well, nominated for "Best Performer" at The Game Awards and won Courtney a "Best Performance" Award at the New York Video Game Awards. The game itself has won numerous awards as well as Game Of The Year by Game Informer, IGN and several other outlets.

She also known as 'Beth Wilder' in the hit video game and embedded TV show "Quantum Break", by Microsoft Studios (Xbox One) and Remedy Entertainment. Seen in several films, Courtney filmed "Allegiant" (the Divergent Series), is a lead in the Indie Film, "Displacement", which won the Best Sci-Fi Movie at the Hollywood Film Festival (along with Golden Globe Winners Bruce Davison, Susan Blakely and Superman actress lead, Sarah Douglas). She also filmed Swelter, alongside Jean Claude Van Damme and Prowl, as the movie's lead, filmed in Bulgaria. She has also been seen in Life Time and Hallmark movies, as well as, several TV shows such as, "Transparent", (recurring role), Criminal Minds, CSI Miami, NCIS, Grey's Anatomy, Bones and other TV shows.

To date, aside from TV and film Courtney has filmed over 50+ commercials, voice-overs, and shot many ads.

Courtney Ann Hope was raised in Plano, Texas. From a very young age, she competitively danced and traveled with a dance troupe, as well as, pursued acting, modeling and gymnastics.

She graduated from a performing arts school at 15 years old and moved to LA, started college on her 16th birthday, and completed her Associates Degree by the age of 18 with a major in Psychology. Courtney is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor, and has a Nutrition and Healthy living degree from Cornell University.

She has served on the board for "Breaking The Chains" Organization, focused on Eating Disorders and Mental Health, since 2018. As well as, served on the PGEC for the Television Academy for four years.

After growing up in Chamblee, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, GA, Susan moved to New York when she was 18. She started acting classes as well as modeling for Elite, and landed several commercials while auditioning. Within a year, Susan was cast on "Loving", a daytime drama for ABC. As soon as her contract ended, she did her first film and then moved to Los Angeles to begin a career in prime time television as well as film.

Sean Kanan's career encompasses many facets of the entertainment world including actor, author, comedian, and producer. Early in his career, Kanan was chosen at an open call by Oscar-winning Director, John Avildsen from over 2000 hopefuls for the role of Mike Barnes in the Karate Kid III. He went on to create two iconic characters, AJ QUARTERMAINE (GH) and DEACON SHARP (B&B/Y&R). Kanan's popularity as DEACON in Italy and ability to speak fluent Italian landed him on the Italian version of the popular show Dancing with the Stars where he lasted 9 weeks.

On the comedy stage, Kanan has performed at some of the countries leading clubs including the Laugh Factory, the Comedy Store, Dangerfield's, the Brokerage, Uncle Vinny's and other venues. J. Eddie Peck was born on 10 October 1958 in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA. He is an actor, known for Kyle XY (2006), Dallas (1978) and All My Children (1970). He has been married to Sonya Zaza since 1989. They have two children.

Heather Tom is a 5-time Emmy Award winner and has starred as Katie Logan on CBS' The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) since 2007, where she has also directed nearly 20 episodes of the show over the past three years. In 2018, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team.

In 2013, Variety included Heather on its list of "Daytime TV Impact Honorees" to celebrate innovators from daytime television. Of the 30 nominees representing all genres including network executives, producers, and news anchors, Heather was the only actor listed.

Born in Florida, blonde and handsome actor, after graduating from Bolles High School in Jacksonville, Florida, Ashby took a degree in psychology and business administration at Fort Lewis College in Durango in Colorado, and then moved to New York where he studied acting at Neighborhood Playhouse. After worked in small roles, in 1994 he appears in Wyatt Earp opposite Kevin Costner. However, the role that made him famous is that of Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat martial arts film, based on the popular video game starring opposite Christopher Lambert. To prepare for this role, the actor trained for two months practicing martial arts. Then in 1997 he starred in the action film entitled Blast directed by Albert Pyun starring opposite Rutger Hauer, playing Jack Bryant and a former champion of Tae Kwon Do who is forced to use all his martial arts skills to fight the crazy plan of ruthless terrorists who want to blow the Olympic swimming pool in Atlanta where the Olympic Games are underway (a clear reference to the Olympic Games of 1996 in Atlanta where there was really an attack). In 1998 then took part in 35 episodes of the show Melrose Place where he plays the role of the handsome doctor Bret Cooper. In 2004 he starred in Wild Things 2 and meanwhile took part in 55 episodes of the soap opera Young and the Restless, where he played the cynical murderer Cameron Kirsten. In 2007 took part in the film Resident Evil: Extinction opposite Milla Jovovich. In 2008 he starred in Impact Point and co-starred with Steven Seagal in the action film Against the Dark. In 2009, he starred in action Anaconda - Trail of Blood. From 2011 to 2017 he played the role of Sheriff Stilinski in the TV series Teen Wolf.

Eva Jacqueline Longoria was born on March 15, 1975 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Ella Eva Longoria (née Mireles), a special education teacher & Enrique Longoria Jr., a rancher. The youngest of four sisters who grew up in a Mexican-American family on a ranch near Corpus Christi, Longoria attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. After graduating from college, she entered a talent contest that brought her to Los Angeles, where she was spotted and subsequently signed by a theatrical agent. After Y&R, Eva became well known worldwide thanks to Desperate Housewives (2004), where she played a main character, Gabrielle Solis. She also has a contract with L'Oreal and has been named one of the most beautiful people. A passionate advocate of education, she founded The Eva Longoria Foundation which helps Latinas build better futures for themselves and their families through education and entrepreneurship and earned a Masters in Chicano Studies presenting her thesis on "Success STEMS From Diversity: The Value of Latinas in STEM Careers."
