Daril Anthes

Born and raised in Texas, Daril joined the Air Force in 1986 following
graduation from High School. His duty stations included stints in North
Dakota and Okinawa, Japan. His
involvement in television production began in 1998 through Multnomah
Community Television in Portland, Oregon. His work on local programming
such as "Community Hotline", "Speak Out", "Film at 11:00", and others
led to his work as director on a number of high profile programs,
including Merely Players (2000) and the "Spotlight" series of television specials
featuring such notables as Grace Lee Whitney, George Takei, and Armin Shimerman. Personal
interests include golf and snow skiing, and his humanitarian
involvements include support to victims of Hurricane Andrew in Florida
while in the Air Force and work with the "Friends of the Parkinson's
Center of Oregon" for Parkinson's disease treatment and
research.
