Jerzy Kosinski was born on 14 June 1933 in Lódz, Lódzkie, Poland. He was a writer and actor, known for Being There (1979), Reds (1981) and The Painted Bird (2019). He was married to Kiki von Fraunhofer-Kosinski and Mary Emma (Hayward) Weir. He died on 3 May 1991 in New York City, New York, USA.
