During World War II, Eddie Senz, a top New York makeup artist, was
called upon by the U.S. Office of Strategic Services to visualize
different ways that Adolf Hitler might disguise himself to avoid
capture by Allied Forces. Photos of Senz' work were circulated to
Allied commanders but never seen by the public until the German
magazine "Der Spiegel" discovered and published them in the 1990s. One
of Senz' makeups eerily resembles the Nazi character played by
Laurence Olivier
in
The Boys from Brazil (1978)
