- Roger Thérond was born on October 24, 1924 in Cette [now Sète], Herault, France. He was a writer and director, known for Une fille dans le soleil (1953), Champs Élysées (1953) and L'Aventure photographique (1998). He was married to Victoire Doutreleau and Marie-Françoise BIMAR. He died on June 23, 2001 in Paris, France.
