Louisa Darr

Louisa Darr is an Asian-American actress with credits in theatre, film and commercial advertising (digital & print). Passionate about stage and film arts, Louisa began as a Ballet dancer appearing in productions staged by the Hyde Park School of Dance in Chicago. Since then, her portfolio has broadened to include performances in "South Pacific" and "A Christmas Carol" at the acclaimed Guthrie Theater and leads in "Little Women" (Theatre in the Round), "Still Dance the Stars" (Yellow Tree Theatre), and "The Man of God" (Theater Mu). Her film credits include leads in films like "Frost Bite" (for which she won Z-Fest's 2019 "Best Youth Actor" award). Louisa appears in advertising produced for Sleep Number (2020 Super Bowl ad), Target, Best Buy, 3M, Kohl's, Josten's and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company among others. Louisa also enjoys freehand art and painting, and is currently pursuing a BFA in Acting at The Theater School at DePaul University.
