    • Michael is the Chief Operating Officer of Rideback and works with the team across TV, film, operations and development initiatives. His background includes building businesses and investing in the media, consumer and technology verticals along with Milo Dee. As an entrepreneur, Michael co-founded Flighter (acquired) in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Rideback, Michael was a Vice President at TPG Growth and CAA's joint venture investment firm, Evolution Media. There he focused on growth and private equity investing in TV, film, music, sports, and live events. Investments included companies such as The Athletic, a subscription-based sports journalism company, and MasterClass, a celebrity and expert-based online video learning platform. He also served as a mentor in the Techstars Music accelerator program. Michael began his career with investment banking at Morgan Stanley and private equity investing at Riverstone in New York City, where he also served on the YP Board for Friends of the Children. Michael studied mathematical economics at Colgate and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
