Evan Chan is an Asian-American documentary + commercial cinematographer based in Los Angeles. Born to + raised by immigrant parents in eclectic San Francisco, California, he operates on a diverse foundation of tastes, interests, and formative experiences that guides his head, heart, and hands as an honest visual storyteller. After being denied entry into his undergraduate film program, Evan say goodbye to the comforts of a formal education to create another path for himself. He has since collaborated with the likes of Nike, Air Jordan, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Hypebeast.
