Originally from Vietnam, Khanh has worn many hats in the film industry, including writer-director, producer, script supervisor, actress, and singer-songwriter. In 2024, she successfully received a BC Arts Council grant to make her directorial debut, the short film "Nepo Baby". Motivated by the challenges she faces as a minority in the Canadian film and music industries, Khanh is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices through her directorial work.
