Manish "Kaka" Rathore is a casting director and assistant director . Manish was born on February 29, 2000, in Salna, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He received his education in Shimla and Dehradun. At the age of 16, Manish embarked on his journey in the world of cinema when he filmed his first TV commercial for Jio, igniting a passion for the industry within him. A year later, at 17, he made his debut as a junior artist in "Student of the Year 2". This experience paved the way for him to co-establish a casting and production company with his childhood friend, Shriyansh Lakhera, operating in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh. Together, they provided casting services for numerous films shot amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the mountains of Himachal And Uttarakhand Alongside his casting endeavors , Manish also pursued his passion for direction, working as an assistant director on various Bollywood projects.
