The Italian-Brazilian scriptwriter Erico Beduschi started his career in
1996 after graduated in Portuguese, English and Literature with a
Masters Degree in English Language. He is also a Script-doctor and
Scriptwriting Teacher.
His awarded scripts include the motion pictures "Federal" (selected for
the V Sundance RioFilme Scriptwriters Lab in 2001), "Brichos" (selected
for the SESC/Rio de Janeiro Screenwriters Lab in 2004), "Belowars"
(selected for the 5th China International Animation and Digital Arts
Festival in 2008) and "Tears to the Wind" (Project selected by "TAREULA
II - Production and Scriptwriting Course for Professional European and
Latin American Producers" among the best 5 European projects awarded
for the Co-Production Market in San Sebastian, Spain, in 2010).
Erico won the "Best Screenplay Award" for two consecutive years (2002
and 2003) with the short-movie scripts "Vovo vai ao Supermercado" and
"PAX". Erico is also the author of two stage plays, "Xeque-Mate" and
"Maria, Mario... Jose".
