Samantha is an innovative pop/rock artist from the Los Angeles area.
With her sultry appearance and intoxicating delivery, she has quickly
become an artist that Impacts, Influences and Rocks. Overall, her music
and lyrics have gained enthusiastic fans among a broad audience, across
the US and Internationally. Samantha is often compared to Gwen Stefani,
Jewel, Stevie Nicks, Fiona Apple and Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's.
Most recently, Samantha Mollen will be the first artist featured on The Higher Learning Rocks Music Tour Spring of 2011 produced by LJAM Productions. Samantha will lead the tour with two of our favorite headliners at venues across America. Samantha just finished recording an EP with producer Justin Gray (Joss Stone, Kelly Clarkson). Boombox EP was released October 2010 featuring her hit single, "Favorite."
Samantha Mollen has had her music featured on TV's top shows and networks such as the CW, Lifetime and KTLA. Past highlights include performances at GBK's 2009 MTV Movie Awards Lounge, headlining for the Headcount west coast launch at the House of Blues, a featured artist on Non Stop Riot Live, and host/featured artist for the Zachariah Bryant 2008 Fall Runway show. Samantha has packed venues across the Los Angeles area such as Hotel Café, Viper Room and Troubadour. Samantha's music can be heard on internet radio and at many exclusive entertainment events throughout Hollywood and New York. Samantha released her new LP, "Wholesale Dragons" in the fall of 2009.
