At least two lawsuits have been filed by survivors of the mass shooting at a Las Vegas music concert earlier this month — signaling the possible start of other legal claims against the event organizers, the weapons’ manufacturers and the hotel where the gunman stayed.

Sgt. Kyle Stjerne says the department received a call at about 10:30 a.m. Friday from London's girlfriend, alleging the actor assaulted her outside her Palm Springs home.

Stjerne says a verbal altercation over custody of the couple's child became violent and she suffered minor injuries. The woman's name wasn't released.

London's lawyer Catherine Lombardo denied allegations that the abuse occurred.

Too bad for Jeremy London, his mother and twin brother can speak to the public about him. The "Party of Five" actor's request for a restraining order against his family has been denied by a judge.

Jeremy requested a restraining order against mother Debbie Nielsen, twin brother Jason, and Jason's girlfriend Sofia Karstens to prevent them from giving unauthorized interviews to the media about him. They recently told the press that they doubt his version of his alleged kidnapping, even pleading to the public that he needs help.

His lawyer, Catherine Lombardo, argued to the court that his family was spreading lies that were harmful to Jeremy.

However, Superior Court Judge Irving Shimer said he can't give in to his request because to do so would deny the trio their First Amendment right.

"Party of Five" actor Jeremy London could sue his family but wasn't able to shut them up from talking. The 37-year-old star, who entered restraining order plea against his family on Wednesday, June 30 in a Los Angeles court, had his request denied by judge.

After expressing their doubts about his alleged abduction and forced drug-taking claims, actor Jeremy London filed restraining orders against his twin brother, Jason, their mother, Deborah Nielsen, and Jason's girlfriend, Sofia Karstens, on Wednesday, according to People magazine.

"Jeremy filed these orders against his family for them to stop giving unauthorized interviews to the press," the former "Party of Five" actor's attorney Catherine Lombardo told the magazine. "What they've said is false, misleading and harmful to his personal reputation and career."
