Stephen Terry(II)

Stephen Terry is a Welsh chef. Trained by Marco Pierre White, Stephen went on to become Head Chef at the Hardwick Restaurant in Abergavenny, Wales, while his wife Joanna and father-in-law Derry Nicklin operate as managers. The Hardwick was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand rating in 2011. Terry is well known for appearing on the Great British Menu , representing Wales. In 2008 he won in the first round against Angela Hartnett, and cooked the fish course at the final banquet. In the 2009 series, he was beaten by James Sommerin in the first round.
