Pat Lambert serves as Head of Development for Creature Films, an eOne company. Founded by Mark Ford, Creature Films is an acclaimed producer of premium documentary and reality series. Credits include: MTV's "Laguna Beach" and "Siesta Key," Amazon's "Mary J Blige: My Life," Paramount's "Behind the Music" reboot, Paramount+ upcoming feature doc "The Lady and The Legend" with Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, AE's "Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G.", "Biography: Bobby Brown," "Streets of Compton" and EMMY nominated "LA Burning", Lifetime's "Whitney Houston & Bobbi Kristina," "Wendy Williams: What a Mess," BET's "Chronicles," and more. Lambert previously was VP of Dev at 44 Blue Productions (Lockup, Wahlburgers), where he oversaw talent for the launches E!'s "Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry" and the nationally syndicated TD Jakes talk show and series including TruTV's "Backyard Bar Wars," Snapchat's "Coming Out" and "Run For Office", OWN's "All the Single Ladies," and MTV's upcoming "16 & Released." As Head of Talent, he oversaw the development of premium non-scripted and scripted projects with producing partners including Kevin Costner, Viola Davis, Mary J Blige, Russell Westbrook, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Jessica Biel, Chloe Grace Moretz, Adam Scott, and Becky G, among others. Lambert spent nearly a decade as a talent booker and producer, working on such series as NBC's "Extra," ABC's "FABlife," IFC's "Comedy Bang! Bang!" and Fox's "The Preachers" and "Boris & Nicole."
