Zillur Rahman was born on 10 July 1948 in Mymensingh, East Pakistan [now in Bangladesh]. He was a writer and director, known for Shuktara (1988), System (2006) and Nishidhdho Prem (2007). He died on 11 January 2011 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
