Chase Crittenden
Chase saw his first film, The Mummy, at the tender age of 3. He has been inspired by movies and film ever since. After having a choice between shooting a film and writing a book report in 7th grade, he knew his heart was on the big screen.

Just after his 16th birthday, Chase successfully competed in Seattle's 48 Hour Film Project. He and his crew received the Spirit Award at the Best of Screening Award Night. The producer's comment to the audience was "I wonder where he will be in five years."

In just five months, Chase was flying back and forth from Seattle to Los Angeles preparing for the directorial debut of his first short film. Lost and Found was entered in the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY). Chase was one of only two filmmakers who won two awards - Best New Talent and the coveted Prodigy Camp scholarship.

Chase then created a new film and production company, iQ PICTURES, prior to writing, producing, and directing his first feature film, Father Africa, which is being distributed by California Pictures and was screened at the 2018 Cannes Film Market.

Chase attended Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television in the heart of Silicon Beach. He was a production major who chose to film his PROD300 short film, The Rooftop Kids, in his hometown of Seattle. Since Chase was able to graduate early, his focus quickly turned to editing footage he shot while traveling throughout Southeast Asia with his sister the summer before his junior year. Golden Hour will be a 15 episode series available on YouTube.

Chase and the entire iQ PICTURES team look forward to entertaining and engaging their audiences for years to come.
