Katherine Legge is only woman at the professional level in auto racing globally in the big three (F1/NASCAR/INDYCAR), and is the fastest woman to ever qualify for the Indianapolis 500. She is a British-born racer who became the first woman to win a major open-wheel race in North America, with many other firsts in her career spanning various racing disciplines, including NASCAR, INDYCAR, Sports Cars, and international endurance racing. She has secured 3 championships, 6 race wins, and 15 podium results in her professional driving career.
