Born Oscar Edwin Dillon III, in Washington, D.C. to a USAF Sergeant father and German immigrant mother. He has lived abroad in Altwegg, East Germany on his mother's parents farm, and later in Oregon, USA surrounded by ranches and farms.
An accomplished equestrian at an early age, he continues to ride trails on horseback, whenever the opportunity presents itself.
With Military Draft #13, joined the USAFR in 1971, going active duty in 72 to 75.
Post military careers offered a wide range of life skills to draw upon for acting. 3 years Wastewater Treatment plant manager, 8 years DOD Police, 25 years with the US State Department SIO/DTS branch, where he retired from in from Federal service in 2010. Holds the equivalent of a BS in Information Technology, from the USDA Graduate Institute.
Started his acting career as Camera-B, for Best of America by Horseback. Filming season 7 for RFD TV, with hosts Tom and Pat Seay. Moved to the front of the camera in the film Texas Rein, and has been thoroughly bitten by the acting bug since.
