J. Genaro Limon was born in El Paso, Tx, USA, and raised in Cd. Juarez, Chih, MEX. Graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP 2015) with a bachelor's degree in Digital Media Production and a minor in Film.

Director of " Pensamientos DE Domingo '' award for best cine-minute by La AMC workshops and screen at the film festival Shorts Mexico 2020 award among the best three cine-minutes. 'Visiones Diurnas' was awarded best experimental short film at the Taxco Film Festival 2022.
