Royal Wedding Hat Designer Interview: Prime Minister’s Wife ‘Appalling’ For Not Wearing Hat!

“I thought it was appalling, because the prime minister’s wife is a lovely woman and I’ve met her and she’s charming,” Phillip revealed at the screening of L’Amour Fou hosted by Vera Wang. “But however it was a Royal Wedding and the prime minister’s wife represents Britain and there’s nothing more English than a hat.
