
Jay Dee Springbett's partner 'rules out suicide'

The partner of late Australian Idol judge Jay Dee Springbett has revealed that she does not believe he committed suicide. Louisa McCole, who had 4-year-old Jasmine and 2-year-old Marley with the music label executive, said that Springbett was in a "good place" before he was found dead in his Sydney apartment two weeks ago. McCole told New Idea magazine: "There's no way on Earth he would [kill himself]. He just could not have left his girls. He would do anything for them, they were his world.
