An Atrocious DVD Release on its Way!
After a successful festival and limited theatrical run, the latest title in the Bloody Disgusting Selects catalog is finally on its way home. Are you ready for the terrors of Atrocious (review here)?
The flick will be released nationwide on DVD and iTunes October 25, 2011 from Bloody Disgusting Selects. It will also be available on Avail-tvn Video on Demand (VOD) the same day until December 25th, 2011.
The directorial debut of Spanish helmer Fernando Barreda Luna, Atrocious is produced by Octavi Martínez, David Sanz, and Jessica Villegas Lattuada. Atrocious is a Nabu Films and Silencio Rodamos Producciones production.
Atrocious premiered internationally at the 43rd Sitges International Film Festival and then at Slamdance this past January 2011, garnering a tide of online buzz and quick comparisons to 2008's Paranormal Activity.
