Amy Winehouse’s tragic passing in July was ruled “death by misadventure” by British coroner Suzanne Greenaway, according to The Associated Press. After the initial autopsy found that she had no illegal drugs in her system, this latest inquest found that she had five times the legal driving limit in her system at the time of her death.

Shortly after her passing, her family had put forth the unorthodox theory that it was actually alcohol withdrawal that caused her death. But police reported finding empty vodka bottles in her bedroom, and her doctor, Christina Romete, said Amy had been drinking again.
