Paul Walker for Vehicle 19!
The indie thriller Vehicle 19 will star Paul Walker. Mukunda Michael Dewil writes and directs the film which follows an American man with a criminal record who travels to South Africa and ends up unknowingly transporting a hostage to testify against a corrupt police force. Being South African, I know how corrupt the police force in South Africa. It's appalling. Variety reports that Peter Safran produces via Safran Company alongside Ryan Haidarian's Forefront Media Group. Filming starts in August in South Africa and is Dewil's second pic after "Retribution, another South African production.
