Sales have traditionally been among the strongest areas of Turner. Now David Levy, Turner Broadcasting System‘s President, Sales, Distribution and Sports, has been upped to president of TBS as the company continues to realign its top management in preparation for chairman and CEO Phil Kent’s departure. Last month, John Martin was tapped to succeed Kent as CEO starting Jan. 1. Levy will add oversight of Turner’s domestic entertainment and animation & young adults networks, with Steve Koonin, president of Turner Entertainment Networks, and Stuart Snyder, president and chief operating officer of Turner Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media, now reporting to him.
