After bringing Jackie Robinson to life in 42, actor Chadwick Boseman has another biopic coming this year, but this time it's a microphone in his hand instead of a baseball bat. Tate Taylor (The Help) directs Get On Up, the story of James Brown, the Godfather of Soul, and the first trailer has arrived. It certainly looks lively, until the serious part of the story kicks in with Viola Davis showing up as the singer's estranged mother. This could be great, but we hope it doesn't just graze the surface like 42. Also keep an eye out for Dan Akyroyd and Craig Robinson. Watch!
