'Scandal' star Bellamy Young on the end of Smelly Mellie (and what's coming next)
After a rough—albeit gif-tastic—start to the fourth season of Scandal, Mellie has finally traded in her Uggs and fried chicken for behavior more fitting of a First Lady.
