Martin Freeman stans were treated with a memorable skit last night. The Saturday Night Live host reprised two of his most popular roles – The Hobbit’s Bilbo Baggins and The Office’s Tim Canterbury – for a hilarious crossover sketch, “The Office: Middle Earth.”

The skit takes place after the adventures in The Hobbit, as Bilbo — who turned down loads of treasure for saving Middle Earth claiming it was the noble thing to do – has now taken his talents to a paper company. The sketch hits home with many Office fans by capturing key elements of the show including employee on employee pranks, a goofy Gm, and office romances. It also features cameos from popular Hobbit characters such as Gandalf, Gollum, and Legolas who serve as Bilbo’s co-workers. It’s as funny as it sounds. Check out the full sketch above.
