The 61-year-old beauty's been soaking up the sun and hitting the beach all week long with her stunning children, Alexa Ray Joel, Sailor Lee Brinkley-Cook and Jack Paris Brinkley Cook.  In one candid snap, Christie poses on a stairwell overlooking the ocean in a blue monokini and a white skirt.
