Comics: First DC Rebirth Details Officially Released
After lots of speculation, DC has released the first offcial details of their brand-wide Rebirth initiative. It seems the idea is not to reboot, but to get back to basics and rediscover the things that made the characters so popular in the first place. It all kicks off with an 80-page special issue titled DC Universe: Rebirth written by Geoff Johns with art by Ethan Van Sciver, Ivan Reis, Gary Frank and Phil Jiminez, which will be released May 25th. Then, the full line of 32 ongoing series (17 of which will be published twice-monthly) will be introduced in the following months.
