AwesomenessTV’s Hunter March Will Host A TV Game Show About Emoji
One of YouTube’s most energetic and upbeat hosts has landed a gig on TV. Hunter March, known for appearing in AwesomenessTV videos as well as those on his own personal channel, will serve as the emcee for Emogenius, an emoji-themed program coming to the Game Show Network.
Emogenius will pit two two-person teams against one another for a chance to win $10,000. Deadline, which was among the outlets to report on the new series, noted each team will have to “put their emoji-solving skills to the test” in order to claim the prize.
For March, the Emogenius news follows up his announcement of Tbh, a book that will tell the off-screen stories of YouTube stars. Meanwhile, he continues to star in the AwesomenessTV series Daily Report, which has offered him hosting experience that will translate to his new game show gig.
Game Show Network announced Emogenius during its yearly upfront presentation to advertisers.
