Ex-ecw Wrestler Rockin’ Rebel Dies in Apparent Murder-Suicide
Former Ecw wrestler The Rockin’ Rebel, real name Charles Williams, has died in what police believe to be a murder-suicide.
“Initial indications support that Stephanie Williams was shot by her husband,” a West Goshen Township Police Department press release reads. “Charles Williams then fatally shot himself.”
The shootings occurred on or around June 1 in the 300 block of North Five Points Road in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The couple was in their 50s.
A previous report from the police says that upon their arrival on the scene, cops were met in the driveway by “family members,” though the specific nature of those relationships was not disclosed. The investigation is ongoing, with the coroner now included.

Rockin’ Rebel had some success early in his career on the independent circuit. Among his accomplishments, in 1990, he became the first Twa Tri- State Champion.
