Why Kevin Feige Rejected Original Captain America 3 Plans
Marvel producer Nate Moore reveals that Captain America: Civil War was almost a very different movie. The third film in the Captain America trilogy, Captain America: Civil War changed the face of the Marvel Cinematic Universe when it came out in 2016, effectively putting an end to the original Avengers team and introducing major players Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman). Captain America: Civil War split the franchise's heroes into Team Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Team Cap (Chris Evans), and saw the Sokovia Accords officially put into place. This led to the interpersonal dynamics of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame as well as the legal hurdles that many heroes in the MCU have had to deal with since.
