Set in the rock 'n' roll-heavy 1970s, Daisy Jones & The Six documents the rise and fall of a fictional rock band, with the characters played by a star-studded cast. The Prime original is based on the 2016 novel of the same name by Taylor Jenkins Reid, who was inspired by the career of Fleetwood Mac while writing it. The series focuses on the origins of the titular band as they carve a niche in the Los Angeles music scene following up to the events that led to their eventual breakup. It's certainly a heartbreaking and compelling story.
