The 5 Best Manga Without An Anime Adaptation Yet

While there are some great anime adaptations of manga, some of the medium's best manga have no anime. Many well-known anime adaptations are shonen series focusing on the action-adventure genre with dynamic power systems and over-the-top battles. Because of this, there remains a lot of room for anime adaptations of manga that lie in different genres such as seinen or shojo.
While it may often be difficult to truly capture the atmosphere of some works, these are some of the best manga out thus far without an anime adaptation released or in currently in production:
Billy Bat
Written and illustrated by Naoki Urasawa, Billy Bat is a mystery manga that follows the story of Kevin Yamagata, a Japanese-American comic book artist who creates a character named Billy Bat. Yamagata then finds out that he may have accidentally plagiarized an existing character from Japan when he hears rumors of a character identical to his.
