Demon Slayer: How Tanjiro Persuaded Tokito to Rescue Kotetsu
At the end of Episode 3 of Demon Slayer's "Swordsmith Village" arc, the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito made the decision to save the young swordsmith in training Kotetsu from a demon attack rather than head back toward the main battle with Upper Moon Four. Tokito's choice, which went against his calculating and utilitarian nature, was clearly impacted by his conversation with Tanjiro earlier in the episode.
