Paul McCartney's Pirates Of The Caribbean Cameo, Explained
Sir Paul McCartney made a cameo in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales as a favor to his friend and Jack Sparrow actor, Johnny Depp. McCartney played Uncle Jack, Jack Sparrow's lookalike uncle, and sang an old Liverpool sailors song in the film. While the future of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise is uncertain, there are plans for a potential sixth film and multiple spinoffs.
